Meet Our Team
Matt Berndt:
I am the owner/operator of TemperaturePro North Atlanta where, after 25 years of experience in Corporate America, I decided to take my project management, business operations and account management background and apply it to our Heating and Air business. My focus begins and ends on customer relationships. That, along with employing the best talent in the industry continues to strengthen my ties to the local community.
In 2015, I discovered a business case within the HVAC industry that provides for, by far, the best quality to price ratio available to our community. I have vowed to continue to grow this business locally, and expand TemperaturePro’s contributions back to the community through volunteering our time and contributing financially.
Rob Gaston:
Rob, a Kennesaw State alumnus, began working within the heating and air industry as a helper 15 years ago. He has experienced every facet of the business and continues to work in the field as a service technician, installer, estimator, and overall trusted resource to customers in need of advice for their HVAC systems.
Rob’s technical knowledge, work ethic and honest nature, has earned him the role of Operations Manager within TemperaturePro.
Jamie McKnight:
Jamie is the veteran of the team, having been in the industry for 18 years. He too began as a helper and worked his way through installation, and service technician schooling, obtaining his NATE certification (the Masters Degree of HVAC). He continues to install as needed, but is typically focused on diagnosing and repairing faulty Central Air Conditioning systems, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, and the like. Jamie is our Service Supervisor and invaluable member of our core team.
